Almost all intermediate language learners can now speak their target language a fair amount. While slow, they now have both the skill and confidence to interact with native speakers and be understood.
The next hurdle for most intermediate learners, whether they’re mastering French, Spanish or some other foreign language, is usually either of these two items:
- They’re still having difficulty understanding native speakers. If you’re in this situation, you probably just lack more practice interacting with native speakers — a common problem with learners whose primary conversation partners are fellow second-language speakers. Fortunately, there are many ways you can address this: go out and interact more, watch movies in the target language (making sure you understand the dialogue, of course), listening to songs and other similar activities.
- They still translate words and phrases in their head before speaking. This is a major problem for many language learners, whether they’re working with a private tutor or a language training software. The best way to remedy this problem is to continually practice thinking in the target language — that’s the only way you can begin to process thoughts and ideas without translating. It’s hard work and you’ll probably feel like pulling your hair a few times. Do realize it’s a necessary step if you’re aiming for real fluency.

As we were going to the high school in our area, we were pretty popular in school. No, we’re not bragging, this is only the beginning. When the new exchange student from the Middle Eastern world came to our school, we met eyes. While they didn’t know much of our language and we didn’t know even the slightest bit of their language, the look in their eyes said they wanted to be friends. Sure, you can communicate by looking at one another, but to truly communicate with one another, you will need to purchase some translation software. Our friend didn’t know much about the translation software, but we gained one another’s Yahoo I.D’s and we showed them the translation software. All because of the translation software, we were able to communicate freely with one another. We got to learn a lot about the individual and the country they were visiting from. As we learnt more and more about one another, we grew on each other and after awhile we became best friends, all thanks to the translation software.
As you see, this software can really grow on you and help you out in real life. It can also help you out when it comes to writing essays or even if you are looking to learn new a language While we are not able to fully speak the language our friends speak, they are able to speak out language. Introducing the translation software to our friend really did help them out with learning the English language. Now we communicate through the phone and it is not that hard to do.

As you were chatting on the Internet the other day with a friend, you friend decided to introduce you to their cousin. However, there is a big problem with this and you believe you will not be able to over come this obstacle. It seems you will not be able to speak with your friends cousin unless you friend is around. This is because your friend’s cousin speaks a whole other language and does not understand your language. You are probably reading this article because you are interested in language software. The truth is that no matter what your issue is with other languages, the language software will be able to help you out.
With this software, you won’t need your friend around in order to translate their cousins words because the software will be doing it all for you. In many cases, quite too often we pass up friend simply because we were not able to speak their language. Gone are those days when we were not able to speak with the different languages of the world. Sure, the world may never be one big language and we never speak the same language, but the language software will be able to help you spell everything out. If you want to speak to someone in German, but you have never spoken German in your life, then have at it. If you want to speak to a friend in Arabic, but you have never spoke the peaceful Arabic language before, then it’s your pleasure.
